Input Touch not calibrated correctly (Android)
Exists on: Latest Build (v0.9.9.1-501-g9355322), Playstore build (Gold, if it matters)

I had this same issue before, but the previous resolution of changing the Display Resolution isn't fixing it this time.

Basically, the android touch screen reads all touches as "below" where I'm actually touching- I have to hit the middle of the Button quad arrangement to hit X, menu input I have to hit the lower part of the entry above the one I actually want, etc.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to mention: Fresh install on a (Not so freshly) cleaned phone, and no other applications show this symptom, so it's locked to PPSSPP.
