Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII

I could really use some help with this one. I have PPSSPP Ver 0.9.8 and Crisis Core will start and then it goes into an Infinite Loop between the Square Enix and FFVII10th Ann screens and WILL NOT GO ANY FURTHER. I can't input anything, can't load anything, literally cannot do anything but watch the infinite loop. I've tried many of the save states on here for dl and not one of them has done ANYTHING for me. Im playing on an LG Optimus F7 and every other game I have plays fine with minor issues. Only Crisis Core has issues. HELP PLEASE!
