The next solution is more complicated:

1.- Looking for a pc with windows 7
2.- Go c:\windows\system32 (Windows 7 machine)
3.- Use the search windows in the aforementioned folder to find all .dll files
4.- Copy the .dll files from windows 7 to windows xp (in the folder where you have the ppsspp )
