i open RAM.dump ( create from PPSSPP ctrl+M)
after i open RAM.dump, unknown extension pop up

i want to create cheat using CE for God Eater Burst

Try AntiMicro graphical program used to map keyboard keys and mouse controls to a gamepad/controller.
