@HalfGodBro you'll not make any kind of advanced cheat for psp using only cheat engine. It's a great tool, imo best one available on pc, but it's very limited on emulators for which it can only be used as a search tool.

You want to understand how the game works and change it, and for that you'll need a ppsspp disassembly. It's not really about finding value and changing it, but finding value, setting a breakpoint to it, understanding how the game works/what it does with it and slightly reprogramming it for your needs.
Also cheats like uncapping hp can be troublesome to do with more complex rpg games, because many things cap it with different functions, for example hp might be capped on level up, but also when using restoration items, when applying certain bonuses or even in different menus, so while it's nothing hardcore, it can actually get pretty time consuming.
