"Save Profile" Keeps Looping; Cannot Save/Create Profile

I double-checked; that's not the case. The "X" is what Burnout uses as enter/confirm. I have it mapped to Ctrl on my Keyboard. Along with all of my other mapping, it works just the way it's supposed to.

There is some issue with the Game Save & Profile not being able to be WRITTEN & READ with my PPSSPP. It can see them, but it just won't write or load them; or in the case of Profile; it won't create one.
