Btw this is off topic but wasn't there a feature by which if you add some find in the ppsspp directory with path inside,you can set different location for the memstick folder?
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
