You don't really need a speed cheat for that level (the one where if you step on it the blades come down) keep doing the party or charging beat and wait till an enemy comes on top of it (if you killed the ones before it just keep waiting) and a lone enemy will come step on it. Stay on it and make sure everyone gets off once you finish fighting the enemies and destroy the boulder. Then just walk out of it and atleast 3 of your patapons or all will be alive

Edit: once your on the pad it won't come down on you until you get off
