Eiyū Densetsu III: Shiroki Majo was released as The Legend of Heroes II: Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch. So technically, this is Eiyū Densetsu 3 in Japan.

FWIW, A Tear of Vermillion is 4 (1 in the US version), and Song of the Ocean is 5 (3 in the US version.) So this is technically the first of the PSP releases. Even more confusing than with Final Fantasy, right?
