[Linux] Can't play windowed?

I'm using the build from the ppa:ppsspp/stable repo. It runs perfectly and all, but one thing is that it's always on fullscreen. How do I set the window size? When I uncheck the fullscreen option, it just shows the window bar, and I have to manually resize it everytime, because the fullscreen setting won't save. I'm running on Xubuntu 14.04 64 bit, by the way. PPSSPP version is 0.991.
