No, you'll end up getting 0.1-1fps
Multitouch Depends on your Android phone itself. Maybe your phone only supports 2. Most mid-devices nowadays supports up to 5.
If that's not the case. Use in-between-press, just edit your on-screen buttons (Mostly for Action Buttons), make them adjacent with each other so you can hit two at the same time. Then, 1more finger for the third button.

The / X / O / Triangle / Square / Buttons
