PPSSPP for Win8.1 [ SOLVED ]
Hello. It seems i can not install c++ visuals 2013 for my laptop. It says " You can not run this app on your PC". So it is clearly related to my windows8.1. And this means i cant run ppsspp because it always says MSVCP120.dll is missing. Is there a solution for me ? I really wanna play MHFU
 How can i fix this?
