I haven't try the one that gives 99 cards because it seems useless since the maximum card we can play is just 3 for the same cards.

The Max DP cheat is working but it bugs the game and makes the game not playable. Like the items that you have become some unknown items. Or if you talk to someone then pick the choices (ex:Cards or Presents) the ppsspp will crash.

The cheat to win the heart only working when you activate the Max DP cheat. You only get red heart and can't get gold heart. Since this cheat related with max dp cheat that makes the game unable to continue the story.

The rest of the cheat are not working. Maybe it's not for ppsspp?
I wish I know how to find cheat my self :<

I have just tried the no ban list and it is working fine for me, had to change the start from _C0 No Ban cards to
_C1 No Card Bans
_L 0x80338CD2 0x12CA0004
_L 0x00000003 0x00000000
ensure that you have done that.
