Oh woe me, please forgive my stupidness, i just realized that i set the FPS counter to speed, not both. Yes i also get the 30 FPS, that means there is nothing wrong with your game, because the in-game speed is capped at 30 FPS max by the game itself (kinda like certain u**soft game, "cinematic" they say).

As for the "FPS Unlock" cheat, well i can't give you that, the reason i'm still lingering here is because i'm waiting for a cheat too, we just have to wait until one of the "cheatmasters" shed a ray of hope upon our cause.
