It Can't be 18 - 22 .. because when u're using a Framskip ,, it'll devide by two .. so 30FPS using A 1 Framskip become 15FPS .. and I've played GOW on my S4 and the speed is around 22 - 28 .. using a framskip will make it 11 - 14 FPS .. but still it's enjoyable Big Grin
