Notes: The game plays just fine, however when the dialogues / narrations starts, at the beginning it gets pretty slow and the voice becomes... crackly? Stutters?

I'm sorry if I post this at the wrong place, but I would like to know how to make the voice play smoothly. It seems I have to control the FPS? But I don't know where to do the settings? Can someone tell me how to do it please?

EDIT: Someone taught me how to fix this problem and now I can play it just fine. I think this should be moved to playable now? Thank you.
