Sword Art Online - Infinity Moment

I made an account just so i could ask this..the game crashes after i met albe-uhh the guy with the yellow hair at floor 85.The game crashes for both android and windows at about the same time ,tried all kinds of settings..this is the first time i had a problem playing this and now wondering whether its the emulator or the iso o-o
(using the latest emulator for both windows and android)
(i also tried an older ver for android still crashes at the same place)
