No, tekken6' multiplayer doesn't work in android.
In the Adhoc Compatibility list, most of those "work" games are only working with AdamN's Build. I don't know if they're testing it in Android, we need another list for Android Adhoc Compatibility.

In the contrary, that procedure was already confirmed working (router/Wifi-Hotspot) in Android Adhoc-Compatible games.
