i dont care about hentai but i always loved this cutting screen type of games and i would love to see them more on consoles or pc idk why but they was always addictive for me i remember i found one on super nintendo and it was not pornographic but i dont remember its name Sad
Try AntiMicro graphical program used to map keyboard keys and mouse controls to a gamepad/controller.
