Those cheats were made specially for ppsspp and were not tested on psp, however if they don't even show, it's more likely something with the formatting or different game version.

TK was released on psn as well as 2 box editions those cheats were made on NPJH-50878 which is psn version, plugins recognize cw cheats based on those two lines:

if your game is different, you could try changing the code after "_S", since different releases of this game at least japanese ones almost surely are exactly same and differ only by the version code.


If the game version is same, then it's probably formatting, I'm quite sure that cw cheat db format does not support double slash for comments, so if you just copy-pasted it from here, try removing all lines starting from "//", could be something else, dunno really about exact cw cheat plugin limitations and to complicate things there are at least a few plugins supporting cw cheat format and many versions of those plugins floating around which likely differ by details;|.
