Finally got PPSSPP working but a small problem
PPSSPP worked on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit i downloaded latest dev build. But after running the games there is a problem. I cannot explain the problem because my English is not good so i uploaded a video

If anyone had experienced this problem please tell me how to solve it. It happens not only in GTA VCS but all my other games
