These 2 programs sound good. But I need an official site to download, or at least a link from the official site which lead to the third party one.

Well, unless I am god and know who uploaded these files, and put what inside them before uploading.

Dunno about the main websites but I mainly use this programs

Especially UMDGen cuz you can also mod the file contents of the ISO/CSO (for patching, updating or some mods)

So far didn't encounter any errors or "put my data integrity at risk" those download links are legit as it is
