Yes, one of the phone need the adhocserver.apk if you're using official PPSSPP builds, but if your're using my build you don't need it anymore because AdhocServer is already integrated into PPSSPP on my build

Make sure both phones have different MAC and pointing to the same AdhocServer IP address

You'll need to connect both phones to the wifi hotspot before launching adhocserver or ppsspp
