I tried v0.9.9.1-588, all default settings, both USA version and European version game have same problem that quit match back to game menu and go into match again it hangs at loading page.
I use win7 x64 and ATI hd5670

Edit: Alright I got the point that seems strange, I tried to change cpu clock like this image
and the hanging issue is gone, but if use default cpu clock setting the hanging issue is still there...

Yeah I see what you mean LOL, must of just got lucky using that CPU Clock value, it seems that setting CPU Clock to 60 works even better, the game seems faster to me.
