Step 1) Install PPSSPP Emulator V0.9.9.1 ppsspp.org/downloads.html

Step 2) Install Wippien VPN wippien.com/download.​php

Step 3) Create a Jabber Account 300.dyndns.info/adhoc/

Step 4) Create 3 Windows firewall exeption: For ppsspp/Wippien/AdhocServer.exe - Public/Private Network
We have almost completed a web-based platform for the world's first tournament tekken 6 online through wippien and ppsspp.
