Limit 60fps games to 30fps
Hi there,

I am new to the board and couldn't find any specific post about that.

I am running PPSSPP on the SHIELD TABLET.

I'd like to make 60fps games run at 30fps, it somehow worked intetionally with Colin McRae Rally but I don't know how it happened. It now just works for this particular game and only if I load my savestate.

Any suggesion would be highly appreciated!
