do you have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 runtime installed for the version of PPSSPP you are using (if you have 64 bit OS you can just isntall both 32 and 64 bit)?
Also, if you are trying to start PPSSPP64, do you actually have a 64-bit OS installed? |
