1 PC, 2 PPSSPP windows on 1 Monitor, 2 Xbox controller

I have tried FIFA STREET and I had the following issues:

1) Couldn't get the game hosted, so the 2nd window could not connect to the 1st.

2) Could not get PPSSPP to register the second Xbox 360 controller. I had to use 1 controller and confiq the second my Keyboard.

Anyone know how to fix these issues or if what I am trying to do is even possible?

not possible at the moment

since PPSSPP is multi-platform (not only for PC) and there will be very tiny small chance for anyone who want to run more than one instance of ppsspp on mobile platform such as android, so nobody bothered to make it possible
