If the save doesn't keep uncapped value it probably also has a cap check(this game is crazy @_@), but even if I do uncap that as well, you will have to keep the cheat activated to get those hp/mp bonuses, it's not really dangerous in any way as long as I don't made some stupid mistake or typo;p. It might cause random temporary freezes on ppsspp if it get's very long, but I'll add a check to fix that easily.

alright, but actually the uncapped value are saved, but only with the cheat activated, if i disable, et re-enable, i only have to get damaged in a fight for my life to get back to what is was. also, the weapon that increases ashton HP is Mephistofar, you can check on your savefile, im pretty sure its there
