Well looking at the spec's of that tablet, its looking pretty good: 1.2Ghz Quad core CPU (Arm7), with 1.5 Gig Ram, but the graphics chip is by Vivante (I will be honest, never heard of this one before), which according to there website, says its a OpenGL 3.0 chipset, which if true SHOULD make PPSSPP run very well. (What do the developers think?).
