Hi!
Agree with you about the Java thing ![]() There's no reason PPSSPP can't support the external game pads that are supported by Android in the future. About the time, I did the majority of the work on Dolphin 2003-2004 when I was studying at university and had plenty of time ![]() Back in 2006 I did have some time too, still not having finished university (did that in 2007), and I wrote a basic PSP emulator which never really went anywhere. However I have now resurrected that code, cleaned it up and ported it to android and fixed a lot of things, and released it as PPSSPP. It didn't take THAT much time, but since I know I won't be able to work on it as much as I worked on Dolphin, I figured it was time to release it even if it's a bit early. Hopefully it will gather a community to work on it just like Dolphin did. I will chip in some work from time to time on it but I do have real life stuff to do as well ![]() |
