PS3 Controller does not work in system, only in a game.

my PS3 control works without install any drivers... I have 4 PS3 controllers and all work fine without install a driver. I only plug in USB and it works. Is it a demoniac PS3 control?

I found the solution to use PPSSPP in my arcade. I'll use a batch file with --escape-exit option to start and exit of the game. This will help me to change a game using DVD Disc without install any program.
