A psychiatrist visited three of his mentally retarded patients to check their mental condition

The doctor asked the first patient:
So what are you doing there today?

Patient 1: I'm trying to compose a song but I can't find the right lyrics in my mind to finish the whole song,would you mind taking a quick look at my composition?

Doctor: Wow, I'm impressed! this is actually well thought out! looks like you found yourself an excellent pastime, keep that up and you'll recover in no time. Now let me check on my second patient.

- So how are we today?

Patient 2: Doc, I'm reading a book about Political Economics, I just can't stand it how our government handles our national budget so I'm researching how the budget allocation system works.

Doctor : Oh dear, that's one complicated stuff you're researching that even I have no idea how it works, hmm, looks like you have no sign of mental illness just a few more days and you're also good to be released from this hospital. Now how about my third patient? hm? hm?

- Hey! what are you doing there? Standing on the table lifting both your arms sideways?!

Patient 3: Doc, I'm pretending to be a street light! I'm brightening this room by raising my arms like this, see?

Doctor: Oh no..... at this rate, you are still far from recovering, look at those two, their on their way to recovery by doing something useful while you waste your time acting like this! don't you want to be cured too? C'mon get down there, now!

Patient: Huh? Oh, Okay, if you say so......

Doctor : Good..
