That happens because Simulate Block Transfers/Function Replacements (which is required to fix that) was only introduced by [Unknown] after 0.9.8. Just deal with it, it's only a very minor issue as the game is completely playable otherwise. (with the very,very occasional My Room crash when swapping out outfits.)

Okay, so here's another 64bit PPSSPP build containing the best of both worlds for Pangya; the "Press X to proceed" bug is "fixed" and the post-processing glitch (black bottom half of the screen when prepping the shot) is non-existent since this one is based on the latest master (v0.9.9-51-g5bd40e5) which has fully functional SBT/FR but with the singular responsible commit reverted.

I'd like to stress that this is should only be used for Pangya, and also only if you experience the "Press X to proceed" issue, since the reverted commit is considered to be correct from testing and actually fixes other games like Nova, according to [Unknown].
