My issue is, when I first ran the emulator today, the audio for standard speed was slow, usually it runs perfectly.

Does that means it was working fine before
On which game

I can get it to run perfectly at Alternate speed however.

My question is can we start playing Silent Hill Shattered Memories and Origins on laptops now?

Don't have that game nor I like horror games...according to the compatibility list and the posts in the game thread,the game is not playable(you will encounter problems and ppsspp may crash)
