[Solved] No Video - Dell Inspiron 1525, Win 7-32 bit

Sorry for not replying sooner to the computer questions. I followed solarmystic's instructions and I have the emulator working well enough. Dissidia 012 on 1 frame skip and a slew of other speed buffs. I drop quite a few frames and get very laggy whenever animations such as the big slow down sequences with lots of explosion animation going on at once. Understandable seeing as how outdated my video card is, but it's still impressive to see it working nonetheless.

Here are the specs on my computer since some asked:

Also, is there any way to make FMV's look less grainy? They play just fine but there seems to be a kind of film over them. Not a huge issue just curious
