Cheat Device GTA LCS/VCS

Hi guys, this is my first post, I made an account just to post this. As some of you may remember there was programs to use hacks in GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories that were specific to those games. It was called "Cheat Device" and both games had their separate versions. I was wondering if there was a way to install the programs onto the emulator or if it was possible to integrate it in.
