Which version of PPSSPP are you using?
Edit: just noticed you run a Symbian OS - latest v0.9.9 sis
Download the latest version from here on your phone: http://www.ppsspp.org/downloads.html

As I just tested Pro Evo 2013 on my Android Tablet and are having no problems (Used PPSSPP Android v0.9.9-27-g62d1948
