The chat box on your screenshot seems to be fine, though. It seems like you're using bicubic texture scaling, though, which makes all the 2D text look like crap, especially pixelated one. It rounds the edges where they shouldn't be rounded. However, texture scaling indeed does solve the problem I mentioned, but it's really bad solution to me, honestly.
