You've probably figured it out, but... I'll put it on here anyway. There might be some who still don't know. (Post a comment if I helped you~)

If you're using Android:
•Open the game, enable cheats by pressing the back button and then settings.

•Download ES File Explorer.

•Open ES then go to the PSP folder, cheats.

•You'll see a .ini. Open it and tap on the options buttons on the upper right corner. Edit and paste your cheats. (You should put "C1" by the way — instead of "C0" if you're going to use the cheat. I don't really understand why you need to do that when you can enable it using the emulator, but just rename it anyway.)

(I don't have it on Windows, but I assume it's the same.)
If you're using Windows:
•Go to the PSP folder then cheats.

•Open the .ini using notepad or any other text editor.

•Paste cheats.
