I went to my control panel,wet to settings, then advanced, and it said that it was the device used for older program(which is what I assume you mean by "legacy") It works just fine with every other emulator I have but this one wont even acknowledge it's existence. I'm on a widows 8 desk top and other than that the emulator works fine with the exception of this one issue.

I'll look for the anti micro thread but if there is any further assistance you can provide please do so.
