Why not copy the dlc's to emulator as well? I'm not 100% which dlc's are where now(unless vita had some special paid ones, they should all be free and available from many sites legally anyway), but I'm pretty sure misc stuff were actually included with the save file itself, so not only your save should work, it probably will still have those dlc's.
