Most people are at least have tried the official build of PPSSPP before knowing about my build or going to this forums,
that's why i didn't include additional files because most people who already tried PPSSPP before already have those files and only need to replace the Exe

@Sarisa81: Disable Fast Memory, Disable Multithreaded, Disable cheats, use normal/automatic clocks, use Buffered Rendering, set frameskip to 1 and Enable auto-frameskipping.

Also make sure that AdhocServer and PPSSPP (both host and join) are not blocked by firewall (windows firewall and firewall from some antivirus)
