Blazing Souls: Accelate

I'm new to all this, I don't know if I'm doing this right or wrong, I hope I'm doing it right. (I've searched my problem and couldn't find anything about it, pheraps I worded it wrongly? :$ I've read the FAQ and the Beginner Guide, whilst playing with the settings trying to get it right, but the results are always the same...)

So, I'm trying to run "Blazing Souls: Accelate", and my graphics are all messed up: see attachments

Is it the ROM of the game or the compatibility of PPSSPP with this game? Is it my PC specs that aren't right with the Settings?

I'm running a computer with Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: Intel Core i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80 GHz
RAM 6GB
64 Bit System (I am running PPSSPPWindows64.exe)
