Sorry to necro a very old thread, but I just went to play this in PPSSPP 0.9.8 and for some reason this game has the 'jittery videos' bug.

I.E. it cannot seem to make up it's mind what size the video should be and it goes in and out like it is enlarging and shrinking the video.
