"KingdomHearts.exe" WTF? PSP games doesn't use .exe for their executables and what's with Visual Basic and .NET, ppsspp doesn't use any of this either.

No clue what you're trying to run, but it's not ppsspp for sure. If you got ppsspp from any other place than official download or buildbot sites it might as well be virus or some kind of bitcoin miner or at least be modified in an undocumented way which some awful emulation sites do and might hide some kind of harmful or adware code.

Want a solution? Delete that and check your device with antivirus, antimalware or anything alike.:] Then if playing on ppsspp was what you were trying to do, use one of the links I mentioned to download real emulator.
