Probably the timing wasn't accurate enough, or may be it was socket issue, because i think dissida 012 tried to use 3 connections at the same time but some of them failed to be connected.
Hopefully it's just timing issue

Btw, is this new build affecting other games also?

For me, most games run just like before. Not this commit, but the one before made it so Soul Calibur can no longer see the other player in lobby, so I can't really test if this build fixes anything.

So that's mean Soul Calibur can see other players now?
If it's, that's mean Lord of Apocalypse is the last one that have difficulties in seeing other players

No, I meant that you can't see players ever since last update, so I can't test if there are any improvements
