And until it's implemented, you can't actually play multiplayer from the same pc.

And all the latest PPSSPP have multiplayer implemented, you need to enable it from settings --> system (settings being from inside the emu when you start it, not from the menu).

Huh... ?
I already checked this link and it don't say anything about it not being playable, but I saw that the multiplayer option in the emulator says BETA, so it's not completely functional.
