Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy

To my knowledge, you can't play Dissidia 012 multiplayer on PPSSPP. Not yet anyway. Here's a compatibility list: http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=9037

And until it's implemented, you can't actually play multiplayer from the same pc.

And all the latest PPSSPP have multiplayer implemented, you need to enable it from settings --> system (settings being from inside the emu when you start it, not from the menu).
