First if you are on Windows XP and with service pack 2(you probably are),you need to update to Service Pack 3 because ppsspp now requires Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable to be installed and the redist requres SP3 to work correctly.
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
